Pathways Health Ltd in Papatoetoe, Auckland, is seeking a permanent full-time Peer Support role. You will work Friday–Monday, 3pm–11:30pm, reporting to the Team Coach Peer as part of a peer-led Auckland team that supports up to 12 tāngata whai ora as an alternative to hospital admission.
Bring your lived or living experience and peer training to support recovery, uphold peer values, and help guests navigate wellbeing during respite stays. Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi is welcomed.

You will be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our PathwaysAuckland peer-led support team, this is a service that is an alternative tohospital admission and can house up to 12 tāngata whai ora, working in a teamof Peer Support Specialists – all with a common purpose to support peoplenavigating experiences with mental distress and/or addiction.
We would love to hear from Peers who are at a place on their wellbeing journey where they are ready to support others on their journeys.
