Qualifications

• Experience with NZ payroll processing and legislation.
• Proficiency in payroll reconciliations and reporting.
• Strong data quality and controls awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely payroll processing across all pay cycles.
• Prepare, enter and validate payroll data including adjustments and leave payments.
• Review outputs, investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits and controls.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers.
• Collaborate with People, Finance and external payroll providers.
