Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute patient engagement strategies across REMS programs and assist sites with certification, access readiness, and reimbursement education. The PAL collaborates with cross-functional teams, maintains CRM records, and supports logistics for REMS, HUB, and specialty pharmacy networks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in field reimbursement and patient access in pharma or biotech, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities at sites.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide reimbursement and access education on coverage, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers across HUB and specialty pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution partners.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation for cross‑functional visibility.
