Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute site-level patient engagement and REMS activities, while educating healthcare stakeholders on coverage and reimbursement. The role focuses on improving access readiness and strengthening site relationships across REMS, specialty pharmacy, and external support processes.

The PAL will maintain CRM-compliant documentation, collaborate with matrix teams, and help resolve case-level access barriers, enabling timely treatment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement and patient access within pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and access programs.
• Ability to enable patient progression from referral to treatment initiation.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment and prior authorizations.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot access barriers across buy-and-bill, HUB, and pharmacy pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and cross-functional handoffs.
• Develop and execute account-level plans reflecting site access priorities.
