Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Field-based Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute the patient engagement strategy across REMS for our clinical programs. The PAL will educate sites on REMS certification, support access readiness, and provide compliant coverage and reimbursement education to healthcare stakeholders.

The role is field-based in the U.S. with remote coordination, reporting to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access and case management within pharma/biotech
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes, including specialty pharmacy and patient support services
• Experience enabling patient progression from referral to treatment initiation by identifying barriers and linking resources
• Ability to partner with treatment sites to assess needs and strengthen workflows
• Strong planning, organization and ability to use data to address access challenges across accounts

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and patient REMS enrolment
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, prior authorizations and affordability programs
• Educate on case management processes and compliant use of patient information
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers through approved pathways
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and partners
• Support cross-functional handoffs and maintain timely CRM documentation
• Develop and execute account-level business plans aligned with site access priorities
