Job summary

Compass Pathways seeks a Field Patient Access Liaison to support REMS certification, site access readiness, and compliant coverage education across REMS, HUB, and distribution networks. You will strengthen account relationships, educate site staff on reimbursement and case management processes, and help resolve access barriers while coordinating cross-functional handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement and patient access in pharma/biotech or related healthcare.
• Experience navigating a complex healthcare ecosystem with access and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to enable patient progression from referral through treatment initiation.
• Experience partnering with treatment sites to assess needs and strengthen workflows.
• Strong planning, execution, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS-related site certification and patient enrolment processes.
• Help ensure site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and appeals.
• Educate on case management, prior authorizations, and affordability programs.
• Troubleshoot case-level access barriers via approved pathways and resources.
• Coordinate treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on referrals and access challenges.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation to support cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting access priorities.
