Compass Pathways is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute site-level patient access strategies, support REMS certification, strengthen access readiness, and provide compliant coverage and reimbursement education to healthcare stakeholders.

Based in the Washington DC area with travel to Northern Virginia or Richmond, you will build relationships, maintain CRM records, and help remove patient access barriers while upholding non-promotional boundaries.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access and case management in pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and with specialty pharmacy programs.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and reside near the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Support REMS certification and enrolment: educate sites on REMS activities and enrolment processes.
• Enable site access readiness: support workflows after REMS certification and strengthen relationships.
• Provide reimbursement and access education: educate on coverage, coding, payment and prior authorizations.
• Educate on case management processes: teach compliant case mgmt for consented patients.
• Support case-level access resolution: troubleshoot access barriers via approved pathways.
• Enable treatment logistics understanding: coordinate REMS, HUB, and distribution networks.
• Collaborate on cross-functional handoffs: receive referrals and discuss site readiness.
• Maintain compliant documentation: keep CRM records accurate and timely.
• Manage accounts and maintain business plans: reflect site access priorities and needs.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries: avoid promotional activities.
