Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute patient engagement strategies across REMS, coverage, and reimbursement education. The PAL supports site readiness, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and maintains CRM documentation while ensuring non-promotional conduct.

The role is field-based in the US, with a 50% travel expectation, and reports to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access.

Competenze

Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes and programs.
Experience enabling patient progression from referral to treatment initiation.

Mansioni

Educate sites on REMS certification and enrolment processes.
Support site access workflows and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
Educate on case management processes for consented patients.
Troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved pathways.
Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution networks.
Maintain compliant CRM documentation for cross-functional visibility.
Develop and execute account-level business plans aligned with site access priorities.
