Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field reimbursement, patient access and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and access programs.
• Ability to support coverage, coding, payment and appeals processes.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and collaboration with matrix partners.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, reimbursement, and appeals.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and eligibility checks.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers via approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Receive referrals from Sales and Site of Care Account Leads and relay access insights.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of activities, interactions, and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
