Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd is looking for a Parts Assistant to join their Truckstops Christchurch team and become the go-to for all things Volvo, Mack, and Hino!

The Role

Reporting to a supportive Parts Manager, you'll join a team who collaborate to ensure branch success and customer satisfaction. You'll get to sell genuine franchise parts from iconic brands like Volvo, Mack, and Hino, while exploring the latest technology and digital tools to streamline your parts game and develop your career.

You're passionate about all things automotive and eager to put your technical know-how to work.

You'll also:

• have a technical mindset, perhaps with experience in parts or a strong background in servicing your own vehicles
• be a natural problem solver who knows how to ask the right questions and dig for solutions
• be someone who thrives in a tech-driven environment and uses technology to streamline tasks and boost efficiency
• have a proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering top-notch service
• ideally, you'll have heavy transport experience however light auto parts experience will be considered.
