Job summary

Sime Motors, via Truckstops Hamilton, seeks an exceptional Branch Manager to lead a busy service and parts operation at our Hamilton flagship. You will mentor a 20–40 person team, drive day-to-day performance, and report to Regional Manager to balance people leadership with commercial results.

You will influence customer relations, fleet partnerships, and branch growth while upholding safety, quality, and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in automotive, transport or related industries.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of workshop or service operations.
  • Sound understanding of revenue, cost control and profitability (PBIT).

About the role

Our brand-new Hamilton flagship branch is built for the future, featuring 24 service bays and on-site COF facilities. As Branch Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, leading a team of 20-40 and overseeing the day-to-day performance of our service and parts operation. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll balance people leadership, customer relationships, and commercial performance, ensuring the branch continues to deliver outstanding results for our customers and our business.
