About the Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, IT systems, and health & safety requirements.


• Assist with merchandising, stock accuracy, and housekeeping standards.


• Complete required training and stay updated on dealer bulletins and internal communications.

To be successful in this role, you must

• Have proven experience in a parts advisory or similar role within the automotive industry.


• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.


• Be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Have some knowledge of parts systems and dealer management platforms.


• Be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Show commitment to meeting targets and delivering high-quality service.


• Have a Full Driver’s License

Hours of work

This is a full-time role 42.5 Hours a week, Monday to Friday to be worked between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
