Bupa Parkstone Care Home in Ilam, Christchurch, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time role averaging 30 hours per week. You will provide high-quality clinical care across rest home, hospital, and dementia settings, lead shifts, and contribute to care planning with Nursing Council NZ competencies.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate.
• NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered.
• Demonstrated improvements in care plans, assessments and documentation quality.
• Identifies health changes early and acts to ensure safety.
• Communicates effectively with residents, whānau, teams and providers.
• Maintains clinical standards, accurate documentation and quality improvement.
• Confident using clinical systems, records and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to care planning and resident outcomes with evidence‑based practice.
