Bupa in Whangārei is seeking a Registered Nurse for permanent night shifts (Thursday to Monday, 11pm–7am) at a 56-bed facility. You will deliver person-centred clinical care across rest home, hospital and dementia care settings, ensuring safety and quality while supporting residents and whānau.

NZ Practising Certificate required; NZ aged care experience preferred. You will join a supportive team, with access to learning resources and employee benefits, and a fixed rotating roster offering

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Practising Certificate (NZ),'s Nursing Council requirements.
• NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered.
• Demonstrated improvements in care plans, assessments and documentation quality.
• Ability to identify health changes early and maintain safety.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality clinical care across rest home, hospital and dementia care settings.
• Lead care delivery and contribute to quality improvement.
• Build strong relationships with residents and whānau and document outcomes clearly.
