Bupa Care Services NZ Limited in Blockhouse Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent full-time role working 32 hours per week on a 5 on, 3 off roster. You will provide high-quality clinical care across rest home, hospital and dementia care settings, delivering person-centred care and supporting residents to maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate.
• NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered.
• Demonstrated improvements in care plans, assessments and documentation quality.
• Identifies health changes early and acts to ensure safety.
• Communicates effectively with residents, whānau, teams and providers.
• Maintains clinical standards, accurate documentation and quality improvement.
• Confident using clinical systems, records and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Deliver person‑centred care aligned with Nursing Council of New Zealand competencies.
• Lead care delivery, embracing new care product innovations, and make clinical decisions.
