Bupa Cedar Manor Care Home in Tauranga is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time role. You will deliver high-quality clinical care across rest home, hospital or dementia settings, while aligning with Nursing Council competencies and delivering person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate.
• NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered.
• Demonstrated improvements in care plans, assessments and documentation quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care aligned with Nursing Council competencies, ensuring wellbeing, dignity and safety.
• Lead care delivery, embrace new care product innovations, and make clinical decisions with safe, evidence-based care.
• Build strong relationships with residents and whānau and contribute to quality improvement.
