Bupa is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time night role in Christchurch. This 25-hour week role operates on a 3 on/3 off roster from 11:00pm to 7:00am in Cashmere View, a 103-bed care home delivering rest home, hospital and psychogeriatric levels of care.

You will apply assessment skills, clinical judgement, care planning and medication management to support overnight care delivery, maintain safety, accurate documentation and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
• NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered
• Demonstrated improvements in care plans, assessments and documentation quality
• Identifies health changes early and acts to ensure safety
• Communicates effectively with residents, whānau, teams and providers
• Maintains clinical standards, accurate documentation and quality improvement
• Confident using clinical systems, records and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide overnight nursing care on 11:00pm-7:00am shift
