Earth Action Trust in Auckland is seeking an organised Operations & Volunteer Coordinator to help strengthen day-to-day operations and support our volunteer network. This part-time, contract role offers 15-20 hours per week, with flexible arrangements and a chance to help grow a small environmental charity while engaging with diverse communities.

Qualificações

• Experience in administration or volunteer management in NGO/Not-for-profit.
• Experience with diverse communities and migrant backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Excel and SharePoint to improve workflows.
• Excellent written communication and record-keeping.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage volunteers and stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with initiative.
• Commitment to environmental and community purpose.

• Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, onboarding, matching and recognition.
