Job summary

CORDE is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator for a fixed-term, part-time role based in our Rolleston Office. The position is 20 hours per week, fixed term for 14 weeks, with opportunities across civil construction, 3waters, maintenance and operational services.

Based in Rolleston, applicants should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. You will support scheduling, LMS administration, calendar publishing and induction activities to drive team learning and capability.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience (Preferrable)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Confident communication with people at every level, from apprentices on site to the leadership team
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook calendar management
• A practical, level-headed approach to problem solving
• Genuine interest in learning, development, HR or people-focused work

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the scheduling and logistics of internal and external training
• Maintaining our learning management system: records, reporting, content and general administration
• Building and publishing the training calendar so our teams always know what’s coming up
• Supporting the induction and onboarding programme for new starters
• Helping learners through enrolments for NZ Certificates and Apprenticeships
• Preparing and issuing certificates, and promoting training opportunities across the business
• Pulling together training statistics and reports when they’re needed
