Oaks Auckland Hotel is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent / Hotel Receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide local recommendations with a welcoming, professional demeanor.

You will handle reservations, communicate across channels, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience. A flexible weekend/holiday schedule and the ability to work rotating shifts are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in hotel, hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly across channels (in person, phone, email).
