Minor Hotels' Oaks Auckland Hotel is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent / Hotel Receptionist to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a welcoming environment. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, assist guests with inquiries, and provide local recommendations to enhance their stay.

The role requires a proactive, guest-focused attitude, with the ability to work a rotating roster and weekends. A professional appearance and excellent communication are essential to representing a premium

Clear communication across in-person, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, friendly reception to guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out.
Maintain clear, courteous communication across channels to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee accurate processing of reservations, updates, and special requests using the property management system.
Act as primary point of contact for guests, offering prompt assistance and personalised recommendations.
