• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly reception and smooth check-in/check-out for guests.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders via multiple channels.
• Accurately process reservations and updates using the property management system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, offering prompt assistance and local recommendations.
