Oaks Auckland Hotel is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent / Hotel Receptionist to deliver outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide local recommendations to enhance their stay.

As part of Minor Hotels and Mulpha-backed operations, you will work a rotating schedule with weekend availability, contributing to a high-service culture and seamless guest communications across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality service in hotel or customer-facing environments.
• Clear, courteous communication across channels including in-person, phone, and email.
• Positive, proactive approach to guest needs and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm reception and smooth check-in/check-out for guests.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Process reservations and updates using the property management system.
• Serve as primary contact for guests, offering recommendations and issue resolution.
