Job summary

Contract Consultants Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CablePrice, is seeking a highly organised coordinator to join the Sockburn team. This permanent part-time role (30 hours/week) focuses on coordinating rental fleet operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting contract administration to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet records across systems ensuring information is complete and up-to-date.
• Coordinate the administration and lifecycle of rental fleet assets from onboarding to disposal.
• Support rental contract administration, invoicing and billing activities.
• Monitor and manage customer and supplier compliance requirements.
• Coordinate fleet registrations, inspections and documentation.
• Prepare fleet tracking and utilisation reports for decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers for seamless fleet operations.
