Apex Car Rentals at Christchurch Airport, part-time 20-hour per week position, is seeking an entry level team member to greet customers, process rentals and assist with vehicle inspections. Training provided and opportunities to move internally within the Avis Budget Group family.

Qualifications

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to input rental information.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the counter and process rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and assist with cleaning when needed.
• Market products and services to customers.
