You will help with accurate order processing, claims resolution, and general client-team support, requiring attention to detail and calm efficiency under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, logistics, warehousing or customer service is advantageous.
• Administration experience is preferred, open to all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Calm, clear approach under pressure with quick learning of new systems.
