Job summary

Whangārei District Council is seeking a Customer Service Librarian for part-time hours (30 per week) at our Central and Outreach branches in Whangārei, NZ. The role involves assisting with check-ins/outs, renewals, and payments, plus helping customers with ICT queries.

Weekend rosters are required, and a full drivers’ licence is preferable. You’ll bring a customer-service mindset, enjoy working with diverse communities, and be comfortable standing and assisting in a busy library environment.
