Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in administration, reception, or customer service, ideally within aged care.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with respect for older people.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the care home.
• Manage reception and welcome residents, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain accurate filing and database records.
• Process day-to-day operational documentation.
• Prepare reports and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collate, code, and process accounts payable invoices.
