Job summary

Arvida is seeking a skilled Painter to join our Construction unit in a part-time role supporting Queenstown Country Club Living Well Limited. You will maintain buildings and equipment across our retirement communities, delivering planned and unplanned maintenance with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate holds a full NZ driver’s license, has hands-on painting experience, and can work well with subcontractors while communicating clearly with residents and teammates in a supportive,

Qualifications

• Full NZ Driver’s license required.
• Experience in general paint maintenance of buildings and machinery.
• Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining good working relationships.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Organisational, time management and problem-solving ability; able to work unsupervised.
• Empathy towards older New Zealanders and strong interpersonal/customer service skills.

Qualifications
