Job summary

Programmed GO in New Zealand is seeking a skilled Painter to join their team on residential and commercial projects across Hawke's Bay. The role can be filled by a Trade Qualified Painter or an experienced painter capable of reading plans and delivering high-quality workmanship.

You will join a well-established company with a strong reputation and clear career progression, receiving full PPE and support for ongoing development in a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current full driver’s licence.
• Physically fit and capable of daily manual labour.
• Ability to work efficiently from plans and meet project deadlines.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace health and safety practices.
• Experience using paint spraying equipment preferred.
• Abseiling experience desirable.
• Trade Qualified Painter or experienced painter.

We are looking for either a Trade Qualified Painter or an experienced Painter who can confidently undertake a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the Hawke's Bay region. To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Experience

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Current full driver's licence
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour on a daily basis
• Ability to work efficiently from plans and within agreed project deadlines
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) certifications are advantageous but not essential
• Experience using paint spraying equipment is preferred
• Abseiling experience or capability is highly desirable
• Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace health and safety practices
