Odyssey is seeking a Night Support Worker for our Family Centre in New Windsor, NZ. This permanent part-time role (20 hours per week) involves overnight shifts, regular checks on clients and the premises, and supporting residents with concerns.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Certificate in Health or related field (desirable).
• Experience in addictions or mental health settings.
• Overnight work experience preferred.
• Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Māori/Pacific cultures.
• Willingness to embrace the Therapeutic Community (TC) approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Good sense of humour.
• Full clean NZ driver’s license.

Responsabilités
