Job summary

Pathways Health Ltd. is seeking caring staff to join our night shift team in a double‑staffed respite service. You will support up to six guests, assist with medication safety, and help guests regain independence in a calm, therapeutic environment.

The role requires awake night availability (11:00pm–7:30am), a NZCHW Level 4 or equivalent, a current NZ driver’s licence, and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles. Join a purpose‑driven organisation with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Holds or is working toward NZCHW Level 4 or equivalent.
• Current First Aid certificate is preferred.
• Able to work awake night shifts and support guests safely.

Responsibilities

• Support up to six guests in a double‑staffed respite service.
• Provide safe medication support and administration assistance.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and thorough note taking.
• Contribute to handovers and care plans; advocate for guests.
