Job summary

Meade Clinical Centre, Waikato Hospital, is seeking a permanent Administrator to join the Outpatient Clinics. This part-time role is 16 hours per week, with Thursday and Friday 7.30am to 4pm, supporting smooth running of multiple specialties.

You will handle attendance records, appointments, patient records, and communication with staff, patients and families. Experience in admin and data entry, strong customer service and Te Tiriti understanding are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with staff, patients and families.
• Customer service focus and welcoming approach.
• Proven administration experience and computer skills.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• High accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Experience in healthcare is an advantage.
• Understanding Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in work.
