Job summary

P&F Global is seeking an organized Operations Administrator to support a broad Supply Chain & Operations function from Auckland or Invercargill. This full‑time role (42.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri) focuses on keeping actions, records and reports accurate and moving on time, with site based work and broad cross‑team exposure.

You'll work closely with multiple teams to maintain trackers, process orders, manage freight and stock records, and help implement efficient processes using approved digital

Qualifications

• Strong administration, coordination and follow‑up skills.
• High attention to detail with reports, trackers and data.
• Clear written and verbal communication and service orientation.
• Experience with document control, SOP maintenance and SharePoint is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administration, coordination and reporting support across Supply Chain & Operations.
• Support customer feedback processes and follow‑up reporting.
• Assist Logistics and Procurement with routine administration, freight bookings, invoicing and PO/manifest records.
• Support stock takes, reconciliations and stock‑control processes.
• Maintain SOPs, templates and SharePoint content, ensuring version control.
