Ritchies Group is seeking an exceptional Operations Supervisor for our Queenstown team. This hands-on leadership role supports drivers and depot staff to ensure safe, on-time service delivery. You’ll collaborate with management to resolve issues and drive service excellence.

The position focuses on leadership, safety, rostering support, and ongoing development of a high-performing operations team in a dynamic transport environment.

We are now looking for an exceptional Operations Supervisor to join our Queenstown team and help ensure our operation continues to run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in supporting our driving team, coordinating daily operations and ensuring our services are delivered safely and on time.

Working closely with drivers, depot staff, and management, you'll be the go-to person for operational support, problem-solving, and maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to driving and operations staff
• Ensure services are operating safely, efficiently, and to schedule
• Monitor compliance with company policies and transport regulations
• Investigate and resolve operational issues as they arise
• Support driver performance, engagement, and development

• A commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Experience in transport, logistics, tourism, or a similar industry is advantageous
• A Class 2 or Class 4 NZ Licence and P Endorsement would be beneficial
