Ritchies Group is seeking an exceptional Operations Supervisor for our Queenstown team. This hands-on leadership role supports drivers and depot staff to ensure safe, on-time service delivery. You’ll collaborate with management to resolve issues and drive service excellence.

The position focuses on leadership, safety, rostering support, and ongoing development of a high-performing operations team in a dynamic transport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory, team leadership, or operational role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to driving and operations staff.
• Ensure services operate safely, efficiently and to schedule.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Support driver performance, engagement and development.
• Maintain a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Ritchies brand positively.
• Assist with rostering, reporting and other operational administration as required.
