Job summary

Star Group in Auckland seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Auckland venues, improving guest experiences, coaching teams, and driving performance across sites. You will work with Business Leaders, ensure compliance and safety, and help lift commercial results while delivering memorable hospitality daily.

This hands-on role requires a current General Manager's Certificate and a track record of hospitality leadership across multiple sites.

Operations Manager Leadership Star Group | Auckland

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help lead our Auckland venues and bring out the best in our people, performance and guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work across multiple venues, supporting Business Leaders, lifting operational performance, driving commercial results, and ensuring our guests receive exceptional hospitality every day.
