Job summary

Savor Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume Auckland venue. You will drive daily operations, guest experience, and service standards while managing costs and staff performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a management role in a high volume venue.
• Excellent customer service mindset and attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in New Zealand and LCQ-manager's certificate or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Day to day operations of the venue including staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times.
• Legal compliance of the venue, in particular to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012.
• Assisting with events and group bookings.
• Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed.
• Assist with the training and development of junior team members.
• Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times.

The Opportunity

Savor Group is on the hunt for experienced Restaurant Managersto join the team! You will have at least 2 years experience in a management role in a high volume venue, a fantastic attitude with exceptional care and understanding for the overall customer experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, the right to work in New Zealand and a current LCQ and managers certificate or the ability to get one.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Day to day operations of the venue including; staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times
