Job summary

Pak’n Save Papamoa is seeking an Operations Manager to join the senior leadership team, keeping front-of-house operations humming and driving high standards across all departments. This hands-on role reports to the Store Owner and focuses on stock control, supplier management, pricing, displays and customer service with strong emphasis on health and safety.

You will coach department managers, develop teams, and contribute to rosters while building a positive, resilient store culture in a 7-day

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced FMCG supermarket environments.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Hands-on leader who builds team culture and inspires performance.
• FMCG supermarket or fresh food experience is a big bonus.
• Good numeracy and solid admin skills.
• Physically fit for a 7 day operation.

• Ensuring stock control, supplier management, and replenishment activities are collaborative and engaging.

What’s the role all about?

As our Operation Manager, you will be a vital part ofthe senior leadership team reporting directly to the Store Owner and primaryresponsibility for keeping our front of house operations humming. You willsupport department managers, ensuring high operational and presentation standardsare implemented across the store, while playing a key role in keepingeverything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a leadership role that’shands-on, high-impact, and core to the store’s success.

• Physicallyfit and capable of meeting the demands of a 7 day, 24 hour operation.
