Bureau has partnered with Auckland Glass to find an experienced Operations Manager to join its senior team and take responsibility for the effective day-to-day operation of the business. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, people-focused leader who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and creating a high-performing environment.

About the role

Reporting into the Managing Director, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of the business, working closely with the staff and the senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

We're open to candidates from a manufacturing background who may not have direct glass industry experience, provided you have the leadership, commercial and operational capability we're looking for.
