Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations in a large-scale, high-volume environment. You will lead a team of supervisors and operational staff, ensuring performance, service delivery and compliance across the operation.

You will oversee fleet availability and allocation, collaborating with maintenance and support teams. Strong KPI focus and real‑time problem-solving will be essential to keep operations running smoothly.
