Job summary

Healthwise Personnel in Auckland is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead essential community and social services across the region. You will head teams supporting people experiencing addiction and mental health challenges, ensuring effective service delivery and strong stakeholder partnerships.

You will provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership, coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure quality, compliance, risk, and health and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, service management and senior leadership.
• Full Registration, a Clinical Qualification and APC are required.
• Experience in social services, mental health, AOD, healthcare, community services or similar.
• Experience working with vulnerable people and communities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial, operational and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage complex situations and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of quality, compliance, risk and health & safety.
