Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination, scheduling, or dispatching.
• Experience in temporary traffic management, civil construction, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings from confirmation through to field delivery.
• Coordinate and schedule staff, vehicles, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Maintain forward planning visibility and forecast resource requirements.
• Prepare traffic management pricing based on approved TMPs.
• Assist with timesheet verification and payroll information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
