You will lead resource planning, coordinate with management, client service and creative teams, and drive continuous improvement while building strong relationships to keep projects on track and profitable.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative or production workflows within an agency.
• Ability to prioritise, troubleshoot, negotiate outcomes and report progress.
• Strong budget and timesheet management to maximise productivity and profitability.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Excellent relationship building and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resource management across two agencies using a central system.
• Book and maintain all resource, ensuring accurate allocations.
• Lead weekly resource meetings with senior management, client service and creative teams.
• Monitor productivity and quality across projects and adjust as needed.
