Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with all drivers stopped or parked in high traffic areas.
• Confirm visitor status and manage length of drop off times.
• Provide clear directions and information in a professional manner.
• Redirect staff to designated parking areas.
• Assist with general duties during quieter periods.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable presence at all times.
