Partners Life Limited is seeking an experienced Operational & Process Business Analyst to join our new Service Enablement team in Operations. You’ll translate ambiguity into clear requirements, design future-state processes, and drive practical, scalable solutions aimed at improving customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process optimisation, operational transformation, or service environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience developing process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation.
• Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to influence and build credibility across stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working across business and technology teams to support effective implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business, operational, customer, and solution requirements.
• Map current and future-state processes to support sustainable business practices.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability artefacts that support testing and solution implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to build alignment and support decision-making.
• Support solution design, impact assessments, testing, UAT, implementation, and adoption activities.
• Identify risks, control impacts, and customer considerations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with operational, project, technology, risk, and change teams to support effective implementation.
