Job summary

Madison Recruitment is assisting a Wellington-based client through a major transformation programme, translating strategy into detailed operating models and practical delivery designs for Year One initiatives.

The Senior Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, design the future-state Dispatch and Coordination operating model, and collaborate with stakeholders across workforce, governance, technology and operations to enable successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in operating model design, process analysis, and service design.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to produce high-quality requirements docs and design artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and document requirements.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for future-state operating models.
• Facilitate detailed business process analysis and operating model development.
• Produce high-quality business and technical documentation (requirements, process maps, SOPs, business cases).
• Develop design artefacts translating strategy into operational processes and roles.
• Support integration and dependency management across workstreams.
