Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within complex transformation or change environments.
• Strong structured problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience analysing complex business, customer, operational or technology challenges.
• Proven ability to evaluate options and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience in digital transformation programmes would be advantageous.
• Experience with operational platforms across Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, etc.
• Data, integration, cyber or platform modernisation initiatives.
• Experience in aviation, travel or transport industries.

• Lead discovery and structured analysis across customer, commercial, operational and technology domains.
