Job summary

Hands On Rehab, part of Geneva Healthcare Group, operates in Auckland's South region and delivers hands-on hand therapy services. This onsite role supports busy clinics, handling reception, scheduling and patient inquiries to ensure smooth patient journeys.

You will work with therapists and staff, maintain records, and provide friendly, professional service within clinic hours 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday. NZ resident or valid work permit required.

Qualifications

• Be the welcoming first point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Coordinate appointments and manage clinician diaries to keep the clinic running smoothly.
• Support patients with enquiries and provide a positive experience throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ACC documentation and clinic administration processes.

Responsibilities
