Foodstuffs South Island Limited is seeking an Online Personal Shopper to assist the Online team with planning, picking, packing and processing customer orders. You will help ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely, professional manner, delivering high levels of customer service and supporting KPI targets.

• Assist Online team with planning and organizing daily picking, packing and processing of customer orders.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide high level customer service during order processing and communication with customers.
• Support coverage for illness and leave as required.
• Contribute to achieving online KPIs and service levels.

What is an Online Personal Shopper? The successful applicant will assist the Online team to plan and organize the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all customer orders for the Online shopping department. The Personal Shopper needs to ensure all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner.

The hours of work for this role are:

Monday 8.00am-4.30pm
